Comox Quay is a new development located across from the Comox Mall on the edge of downtown. It consists of two architecturally unique buildings, adorned with two life-sized fishing boats. Comox Quay Gifts is located in the front of the second building, right next to the full boat. Around the side from them, the new Rocky Mountain Café can be found, and across the road in Berwick Building is Benino Gelato. Next door to Comox Quay Gifts’ building is the first building, which houses the Comox Medical Clinic. This entire area has been newly developed, and has become an area worth exploring. Comox Quay is also located within easy walking distance to the Filberg Lodge and grounds.
